Tracers / Asset Recovery Agents
Job Description
We are offering a full-time hybrid position for a Tracer/Repo Agent at JIR Consulting Group. In this role, you will be tasked with locating and repossessing vehicles or other assets on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Conducting investigations and gathering information

Tracing clients using sophisticated systems

Locating and repossessing vehicles or other assets

Working independently and collaboratively within a team

Managing conflicts and challenging situations with professionalism
Requirements

Strong investigative skills with keen attention to detail

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

Capability to work both independently and collaboratively

Experience in asset recovery or repossessions

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Proficient in utilizing technology and software for tracking

Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license

Ability to manage conflicts professionally

Clean criminal record

Previous experience in debt collection advantageous
